Buyer Entry badge (Buyer Card) is the only official admission to Canton Fair. If you have got a Buyer Card, please pay attention to the following information: The Buyer Card is valid for multiple sessions of the Fair, which ensures your entrance to the Fair directly and saves your time with an easy access.
To save your time queuing up at the fairground, please follow the steps below and collect your first free Buyer card at the following Overseas Buyers’ Registration Office or CLICK HERE for more details.
★ Get Buyer Card in Hong Kong
Please CLICK HERE download “Pre-application Form for Buyer Card” with related documents and email to application-hk@cantonfair.org.cn. Please collect the Buyer card at Canton Fair Hong Kong Representative Office once the application is approved.
★ Get Buyer card in Guangzhou
Please pre-apply for the Buyer Card via Buyer E-Service Tool (BEST) on Canton Fair’s official website and get the Buyer card at the Overseas Buyers' Registration Office of Canton Fair Complex or appointed hotels in Guangzhou (CLICK HERE for list of Hotels).
★ Re-application for Buyer Card
The Buyer Card is valid for multiple sessions of the Fair. If you forgot to bring or lose it, re-application will cost you HKD250 or 200 RMB/card as service fee. The previous badge will be invalid right after re-application, please ensure the badge you carry is the newest.
